Welcome to ANDREGA LTD. These Terms of Service govern your use of our dry lining and plasterboard installation services, as well as our website. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

ANDREGA LTD is a registered company in England and Wales (Company Number 16766471), operating primarily in London and across the United Kingdom, providing professional dry lining and plasterboard installation services.

2. Services

ANDREGA LTD provides professional dry lining and plasterboard installation services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include:

• Plasterboard wall installation
• Plasterboard ceiling installation
• Metal stud partitions
• Suspended and MF ceilings
• Insulated plasterboard systems
• Artex / textured ceiling preparation and smoothing
• Taping and jointing preparation for decoration

All services are carried out in accordance with UK building standards and best industry practices.

3. Booking and Payment

A deposit may be required to secure a booking. The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the works unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfer.
All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Warranties and Guarantees

ANDREGA LTD provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all dry lining and plasterboard installation works.

This warranty covers defects related to installation workmanship under normal usage conditions.

The warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or impact
• Structural movement or underlying building defects
• Moisture ingress, leaks, or damp issues not caused by our work
• Normal wear and tear
• Alterations or repairs carried out by third parties

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate project information
• Ensuring clear and safe access to the property at agreed times
• Removing furniture and personal belongings from work areas
• Informing us of any known site hazards or structural issues
• Ensuring adequate ventilation during and after installation
• Keeping children and pets away from active work areas

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional costs.

6. Limitation of Liability

ANDREGA LTD’s liability is limited to the total value of the services provided under the agreement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

7. Changes to These Terms

ANDREGA LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

For significant changes, existing customers will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
